Helpmate is pleased to provide our clients with
quality personalized one-on-one Internet-based training (not a
"canned" presentation) for any of our software
products. With your Internet connection, you will be able to view
our trainer's computer screen while speaking with them over the phone.
Provides a very cost-effective interactive training session.

Requires a high-speed Internet
connection and available phone line.

Flexible training times
that can be tailored to fit your schedule.

Training topics can be tailored to fit
your specific needs.

There is a one-hour
minimum and two-hour maximum per training session.

The cost for telephone–based training is
$60/hr for Premium Support Plan subscribers
and Church Helpmate Online
customers - and $75/hr for all other clients. After the first hour, charges
will be applied in 15-minute increments.
