You will have fun managing events with this uniquely
visual, intuitive, and modern interface including flexible "Calendar"
views and "Explorer" style screens. You'll notice (and

With Event Helpmate's Calendar Views, you will be able to
easily view events through flexible monthly, weekly, and daily
calendars. You will configure these calendars to show as much, or as
little, about each event as desired. You'll even be able to publish
these calendars to Microsoft Word or to a webpage (HTML) file (you can
setup MS Word and HTML template files to further customize the look
and feel of your calendars). Publishing your organizations calendar
will be a "snap" (or a "click" in this case).

Your users will have full 24x7 read/write access to
your organization's data with Event Helpmate's "Replication" feature.
This allows users to run Event Helpmate independently of one another on
disconnected (non-networked) computers. They can each be adding,
modifying, and deleting data in any portion of the database. For
example, one person could be working on Event Helpmate at the church office,
another at their home computer, another at the beach on their notebook
computer. Then, at any point desired, these data files can be
merged (or synchronized) into a single data file. After this
merge, all changes to the database are seen by each user.

Of course Event Helpmate can
certainly also handle the “traditional”
scenario where these computers
are all connected
together on a network. In this scenario, these computers can
simply share a common data file (no synchronization process would be
necessary).

Effortlessly communicate with your
staff, volunteers, and members with a single click of a button, using
Event Helpmate's simple-to-use Bulk Email capabilities. You will even have the
option of including each person's greeting at the top of each email so
that it is personalized just for them. You will be able to quickly send
an email out to everyone in your database - or, more likely, you'll
have the option of being very specific about the target (such as those
that have registered but not yet paid for your big event next month,
those that helped with the tasks for last month's big anniversary
celebration, and so on). The Bulk Email functionality works with any
MAPI compliant Email client such as Microsoft Outlook and Outlook
Express.

and simplicity with Event Helpmate's built-in "Rich Text Format" Form
Letter generator. You will have all of the common text and format
layout capabilities of a full word processing program like MS Word -
right from within the Event Helpmate program.

files) on Microsoft Access®,
you will have an industry standard database system with long-term
compatibility. The Event Helpmate system utilizes an
open "back-end" MS Access® data file which can be "linked" to
from any
MS Access®
database and other products such as
Crystal Reports which can read an Access
database file. This provides extremely powerful
"outside the box" querying and reporting
options when custom requirements must
be met.

"User Level" security system allows you
to easily setup complex security permission scenarios by enabling you
to control the exact permission levels of each user for each section
(module) of the program.

capabilities you will be able to quickly generate maps for people's

With Event Helpmate's powerful Custom
Filter Builder, you'll be able to define and store very specific
"subsets" of your database. For example, you could create and
save a custom filter named "Members & Regulars, Male, Married" which
would return (or include) all married male people who have a
membership Status of "Member" or "Regular". Then, when you are
creating outputs such as reports, labels, envelopes, bulk emails,
form letters, etc., you could apply this custom filter so that the
output only includes those records meeting the filter criteria.
Your custom filters can be as simple or as complex as necessary to
define the exact subset you need to target.
