Events are the core element in the Event
Helpmate system. Event Helpmate will manage your recurring or one-time
events such as retreats, classes, seminars, workshops, weddings,
conferences, etc.
It tracks what resources need to be reserved for
the Event (for example, a room, a TV, a video projector, etc.),
manages registration (sign-up) - including registration payments
(sign-up fees) if applicable, tracks what tasks are required for the
event and who's assigned these tasks, and manages the booking
(deposits and invoices) for the Event.

When reserving a room for an Event, you can even configure Event
Helpmate to automatically send an Email notice to the room's
